My visit to Mercure Sao Paulo Pamplona was intended for a Thanksgiving getaway. Among all the delightful amenities, the rooftop pool stood out for me. The stunning view combined with a refreshing swim made my stay truly memorable. The elegant rooms, with their en suite bathrooms featuring a sauna and rainfall shower, were a perfect retreat. The comfortable king size bed, blackout drapes, and air conditioning ensured a restful night's sleep. The hotel's attention to detail, from the mini-fridge-bar to the personal safe, was commendable. I am immensely satisfied with my experience and extend my gratitude to the hotel for a wonderful stay.
